The name plate is interesting but it could have hooks or clamps in order to fit it instead of sticky pads. Had you had clamps or hooks then the plate could have been clean or when the door had to be painted the name plate could have been removed. Unfortunately now it has become permanent fixture.

Product is nice with good finishing just the qualifications written below the name should have been slightly bold and of slightly bigger font as it's way too small. Was planning to order more for my house as well but now because of this issue, may try some other options like OMGs
